Responsibilities
* Responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of Telesales Representatives.
* Assist with the development and implementation of effective calling strategies.
* Create KPIs for the telesales team & ensure the targets are achieved.
* Respond to customer queries and handle complaints.
* Prepare weekly & monthly reports and conduct performance evaluation.
* Monitor the team to ensure the quality of service, offers, and information provided to clients are in accordance with the company's policy.
* Develop and manage internal communications to help inform, educate, and engage employees.
* Lead, motivate and drive the performance of the Telesales Team.
* Analyze, report, review, and propose appraisal based on individual and team performances.
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, passionate with a strong ability to interact with expanding clientele
*Strong communication skills and ability to perform under stress with patience.
Requirements:
* Experience - International projects/clients handling/ BPO
* Team management
* Strong communication, performing under pressure, and managing stressful situations when needed.

* Passionate and Results-oriented.
* Masters in communication or 5 plus experience handling sales and telesales team.
