Responsibilities :

- Contact potential or Existing customers to inform them about projects.

- Communicate with customer to understand their requirements and needs.

- Initiating sales by understanding the requirements of clients with potential clients over the phone

- Give instant Information and solutions as per the need of clients.

- Invite Clients for site visits to suggested Properties / Projects.

- Follow-ups of Clients after site visits.

- Listening to customer needs to generate repeat sales.

- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.

- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
