We are looking for Telesales Officers for a leading fintech Company, who will be responsible for achieving sales targets. The Telesales Officers will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team of sales team and achieving sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

To make field visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basis

To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully

To ensure sell of our insurance products

To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed

To communicate changing customer needs to the top management

To expand our reach to untapped customers
