Assistant Manager (Tele-Sales Team Manager)
Job Description:
· Responsible for the tele-sales team's performance to meet revenue goals.
· Develop, manage and retain tele-sales and service teams to constantly expand new customer base.
· Manage recruitment, coaching, goal setting, efforts monitoring and performance management of sales and service executives.
· Manage the tele sales executives and team leaders through extensive floor supervision and floor support to achieve their daily call targets and daily sales targets.
· Keep up the lead position in the SME market by promoting our unique online product and excellent service deliveries.
· Present Monthly and Daily sales plans, sales forecasts and performance report regularly to the management team and periodical reports on efforts and results achieved.
· Manage procurement of potential B2B data with proper knowledge of potential markets.
· Reach out in sales of entire Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh through a full strength team.
Desired Profile:
· Relevant experience as a tele-sales team leader and tele-sales team manager with excellent performance background.
· Demonstrated vision and ability to communicate, mentor and influence positively and retain team members with performance.
· Efficiently managing the processes through collaboration with team members and other departments.
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
· Strong business sense and service orientation.
Remuneration:
· Rs. 38,000/- net take home + Daily & Monthly Incentives
