LANGUAGE : Fluent English and Hindi Communication (mandatory).

Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.

Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Answering telephone calls, emails messages

2. Solving issues of customers regarding particular Product on the call

3. Must know how to generate Feedback work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer
