Job Description:

We are seeking results-driven and energetic telesales representatives to join our dynamic sales team. As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. Your role will be crucial in driving company revenue and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from targeted lists or databases.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive sales techniques.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products/services offered.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure future sales opportunities.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.

Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales is a plus.
