Objectives of this role
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customers lives wherein the companys services fit
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Responsibilities
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Required skills and qualifications
High school diploma
Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
Fluency in English
Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
