1. We're looking for Telesales Counselors who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
2. As an Telesales Counselor you will be responsible for communicating with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
3. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, able to engage and build long term relationships with prospects, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Roles & Responsibilities-
1. Responsible for managing & converting leads for versatile Online programs.
2. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners.
3. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
4. Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
5. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrollments.
6. Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
7. Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboard.
Skills Required-
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
2. Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what the Educational Institute is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
3. Approachable and vibrant personality.
4. Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
5. Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
6. Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
7. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.

• Working Hours : 10AM to 6PM(Monday to Saturday)
• Work from office
• Education – Graduation/Diploma Required
• 6 days working & 1 day weekly off(Sunday)
