Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- To find fresh Sales Opportunities through Outbound Calls, Random Cold Calling, Inbound Calls & Other Sourced Data & Renewal Data
- Provide Virtual Demos pertaining to the Product and get maximum closures
- Maintain regular records of Database and do regular Follow Ups and get Output
- Responsible to Achieve Minimum set Targets based on Input and Output
- Responsible to maintain the Call Quality Parameters and achieve the set Quality Scores
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have prior experience in Tele Calling / Any prior Call Center experience would be an add on benefit
- Candidate should have Strong Self-Confidence & Flair for talking to people on the phone and Virtually on Zoom Meet
- Candidate should have the Ability and confidence in communicating actively with prospects and do Self- Closures
- Candidate should be Sales Hungry and Target oriented
- Candidate should have Good Communication Skills should be fluent in English. Marathi, Telugu, Malayalam speaking candidates would be an added benefit
- Candidate should have basic Computer Knowledge like working on Excel, Google Sheets, Zoom Meet.
- Candidate should have the Ability to talk to Every Single customer with Full Passion & Energy
- Candidate should have a strong command on Problem Solving and Objection Handling
- Candidate should be extremely hardworking, self motivated and ambitious individual
- Candidate should be an excellent Team Player
