Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and explaining their benefits.
Generate leads through various means, including cold calling, database management, online research, and referrals.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, understanding customer needs, and assessing the potential for conversion.
Utilize sales scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication with customers.
Handle objections, address customer concerns, and provide accurate information to build customer confidence.
Maintain contact with prospects and existing customers through follow-up calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Provide information, answer queries, and offer personalized solutions to address customer requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team and sales managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Update sales activities, maintain accurate records of interactions, and contribute to sales forecasts and reports.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
