Job Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings
