job description:

as a telesales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages to potential customers through outbound calls.

responsibilities:

● contact potential customers to promote and sell our holiday package.

● follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

● maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions.

requirements:

● minimum 6 months of experience in bpo sales.

● good communication and interpersonal skills.

● must be able to work within a flexible shift window (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, any 9-hour shift, no night shifts).

● undergraduate or graduate degree.

● strong customer service skills and ability to build customer relationships.

● positive attitude and strong work ethic.

location: marathon futurex / road

salary and benefits:

● up to lpa maximum.

● 6 days working & 1 rotational week off.
