Job Description:
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our holiday packages to potential customers through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
● Contact potential customers to promote and sell our holiday package.
● Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions.
Requirements:
● Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sales.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must be able to work within a flexible shift window (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, any 9-hour shift, no night shifts).
● Undergraduate or graduate degree.
● Strong customer service skills and ability to build customer relationships.
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Location: Marathon Futurex / road
Salary and Benefits:
● Up to LPA Maximum.
● 6 days working & 1 Rotational week off.
