• Call Existing and Potential Customers to Inform, Convince and Sell the Company's Products and Services

• Develop and Sustain Solid Relationships with Customers to Encourage Repeat Business

• Accurately Record Details of Customer's Purchase Orders and Process Customer Purchases

• Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge to Enhance Performance

• Refer Customer Requests/complaints to Designated Departments and Follow-up to Ensure Action Has Been Taken
