JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase attendance at trade shows and exhibitions
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events
• Maintain and update a database of potential attendees
• Communicate with individuals and companies to promote the event and its features, answer questions, and persuade them to attend
• Provide information about registration, pricing, schedules, and other relevant details
• Follow up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase attendance and achieve event goals
• Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
