Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in tele sales. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone and achieving sales targets. You will be required to identify and qualify prospects, pitch products and services, handle objections and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to sell our products and services
Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and customer profiling
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and follow-up
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to customers, overcome objections and close deals
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product and service features, prices and benefits
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services and promotions
Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records

Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar role
good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
