Job Description:
? Identifying Clients, Introducing the Company and Self, Presenting the Concept, Convincing Its
Values and Its Benefits and Executing Orders and other Corporate Services, Adhering to Target
Limits.
? Work in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, and Tally-9(optional)
? Operating Mails with our customers & suppliers. Knowledge of day to day accounting, starting
from booking expense to sales and purchase entry.
? Attending calls and making calls to the clients.
? Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.
? Present our product in an accurate and positive manner on the phone.
? Enter and update customer information in the database
? Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
? Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary.
? Supporting the sales team in the distribution centre by taking orders through the phone
(inbound).
? Preparing sales order on a daily basis (on excel). Back-up for invoicing. Coordination for
collections with the sales team.
? Knowledge of drafting a professional mail for proposals to clients.
