We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a
Senior Telesales Executive. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a
stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be
maintaining accurate records for future reference.

Responsibilities
ï‚· Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
ï‚· Achieving sales target and developing a plan of action for the same.
ï‚· Calling existing and potential customers to inform them about the services
provided.
ï‚· Updating the database with all the customer's information.
ï‚· Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
ï‚· Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
ï‚· Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
ï‚· Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
ï‚· Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Manager.
ï‚· Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
ï‚· Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
 Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
ï‚· Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.
ï‚· 3+ years of work experience as a telesales profile, or a related job position in
the Sales department.
ï‚· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
ï‚· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
ï‚· Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
ï‚· Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
ï‚· Ability to handle multiple tasks.
ï‚· Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
ï‚· Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
ï‚· Ability to deal with different personalities.
ï‚· Good time management skills.
