SENIOR TELE-SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Brief

We are seeking for a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a

Senior Telesales Executive. Furthermore, you should be comfortable working in a

stressful environment and demonstrate excellent sales skills. You should also be

maintaining accurate records for future reference.

WORKING HOURS: 09:30am – 7:00pm

Responsibilities

 Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

 Achieving sales target and developing a plan of action for the same.

 Calling existing and potential customers to inform them about the services

provided.

 Updating the database with all the customer's information.

 Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.

 Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.

 Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.

 Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.

 Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Manager.

 Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.

 Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.

 Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

 Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

 3+ years of work experience as a telesales profile, or a related job position in

the Sales department.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

 Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

 Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks.

 Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

 Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

 Ability to deal with different personalities.

 Good time management skills.
