Qualifications:

Previous experience in tele sales and related experience with BPO, Insurance presales, Holiday package presales preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills over the phone.

Shall be conversant with basic MS office tools like word and excel in preparing

reports.

Familiar in handling simple call management software and dashboard preferred but not compulsory.

Should work on daily call volume targets and prepare lead and call reports daily.
