Designation: Executive / Senior Executive --- Telesales / Telemarketing / Telecaller -Chennai - Kotturpuram Location
Experience & Salary Range:
1. Executive – Minimum 3 years to Maximum 5 years’ - Salary Minimum 15K Gross and Maximum 21K Gross monthly
2. Senior Executive – Minimum 5 years to Maximum 10 years - Salary Minimum 21K Gross and Maximum 26K Gross monthly
(Apart From Fixed monthly Gross we also offer (Bonus , Variable pay (Quarterly Rs. 9000) , Attractive Incentives
Age Limit : Less than 35
Total of 3+ years of experience in Pre Sales/Telesales / Telecalling / Telemarketing /Telecaller /Outbound calling /Outbound calls / Outbound caller /Outbound sales / Inbound calls / Inbound Marketing / Inbound sales experience is must.
Must to Have: Any Product Selling Experience is Mandatory
Working days: 6 days in a week (Rotational Week off 1 day either Tuesday or Wednesday), Candidates must be willing to work on Rotational Shifts (Shift Timings: 8 am to pm/ am to pm/ am to 8 pm)

Desired Profile:
1. Total of 3+ years hard core Tele-sales experience in Out bound calls from any industry.
2. Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment
3. Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes
4. Should have very good convincing skills
5. Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
2. To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis
3. Convert leads to Customer site visits
4. To explain our projects in details to the customers
5. To answer customer queries promptly
6. Able to coordinate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
7. Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
