calling Up Target Client . School Heads, Principals, School Coordinator, Teachers and Introducing & Explaining the Product(s) and Services
• Making Outbound and Inbound Calls for Attending the Client’s Queries.
• Follow Up with Incoming Leads.
• Listen Attentively to Customer/client Need.
• Fixing Appointments for Sales Team, Pitching, Explaining Services, Sending Proposals, Keeping Track of all Leads,
• Interact Regularly with the Clients to Ensure a Committed and Partnership Based Relationship.
• Maintains Database By Entering, Verifying, and Backing Up Data.
• Proactively Follow Up Leads Generated
• Feedback - Mails/phones (communication channel)

excellent Communication & Convincing Skill.
• 0-5 Years of Experience in Tele Sales/ Customer Care Function
• Good At Computers, Ability to Work and Make Notes On Excel.
• Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously in An Organized Way.
• Candidate Should have a Positive Attitude & Should Be Goal Oriented.
