• Timely login, adherence to business requirements.

• Calling customers and convincing for personal loan.

• Filling the application form flawlessly.

• Timely follow up with clients to ensure better conversion.

• Managing the relationship with the customer until the contract is signed.

• Delivering required login hours, talk time & maintain wrap time within the specified targets.

• Possess wise understanding of reports to understand the Daily/Weekly/ Monthly targets.

• Reporting issues to immediate supervisor.

• Applying the feedback delivered by Quality, Training & Team leader.
