seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive proficient in sales (no fieldwork) to join its team.
Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our
company. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as
potential customers.
As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and collect
desired information from the clients. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent
communicator along with convincing abilities.
2. Responsibilities & Duties:
Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information by doing data research work via
google, B2B portals, directories, association groups, etc., and maintaining all data collation in
spreadsheets.
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Calling existing and prospective clients to complete the full & final payment process and
close the deals.
Accurately record and maintain the details of clients in CRM.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to call
volume and sales.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Requirements & Skills:
Having a good basic knowledge of computers to operate daily work.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English both with verbal & writing skills.
Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Great interpersonal skills.
4. Terms & Conditions:
Office Timings to Mon to Sat
1 year Bond mandatory
6 days training period without pay.
Incentive as per company slab.
