We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing product information.
Lead Conversion: Convert sales leads into confirmed orders by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate these to customers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales team.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
