Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of the products.

Answering calls and resolving queries about products or company.

Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.

Maintains operations by following policies methodology and functional changes.

Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.

Keep a track of all associations and plan promotional activities.

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

File all the Records as per the filing and documentations procedure.
