We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards and loans over the phone. The primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit cards and loan products.
Generate leads and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
Provide information on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Customer Acquisition:
Persuasively communicate the value of credit card and loan products to potential customers.
Effectively explain application processes and documentation requirements.
Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate and complete submissions.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work towards maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, terms, and conditions of credit card and loan products.
Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and competitor products.
