As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, engage potential customers over the phone, and convert leads into sales. You will be an integral part of our sales team and will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential customers through various sources, including lead lists, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and create interest.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Close sales deals with potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales results.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.
