Title: Telesales Specialist - International Freight
We are currently seeking an experienced (1 - 2 years) and motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team in the international freight industry. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business through outbound calling and email campaigns. You will also manage existing accounts and work closely with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to generate new business
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and processes
Attend industry trade shows and events as needed
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the international freight industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
