Job Designation: Tele-Sales Executive

Reporting Manager: Team Lead

Salary Bracket: /- in hand . + Performance Linked Incentive

Location: Noida (Sector-62)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Point of contact for customer and handle all the doubts and query Provide accurate, valid and complete information.

• Outbound calling to customer for selling the products (Personal Loan/ Overdraft Facility).

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Minimum 1 Years of Experience outbound (voice process- sales) calling.

• Effective listening skills

• Should have good negotiation skills and be able to influence people.

• Ability to use computers efficiently and must learn how to use new software/CRM.

• At least 10th Pass.

WORK DAYS: Monday to Saturday

OFFICE TIMING: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
