Key Responsibilities:

Voter Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to voters, party members, and potential supporters to promote political campaigns, share key messages, and encourage voter participation.

Political Branding Support: Sell political branding packages and services to political candidates, helping them craft strong public identities and improve their outreach efforts.

Lead Generation: Identify and target key demographics for political campaigns, qualifying leads and setting up appointments for political consultants or senior sales representatives.

Campaign Promotion: Effectively communicate the candidates key policy positions, achievements, and vision to a diverse audience over the phone.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, voter interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual telesales targets, driving engagement, donations, and volunteer sign-ups for political campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with campaign managers, digital marketing teams, and political consultants to align messaging and strategies.
