Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
Product Promotion: Explain and promote the companys products/services to potential customers.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to purchase products/services or schedule appointments.
Follow-up: Follow up on initial contacts, maintain and update customer information in the database.
Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of calls and sales activities, prepare regular reports on progress.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Feedback: Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to scripts or processes.
