Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales over the phone, email, or other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services using scripts.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and activity notes.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.

Work closely with the sales teams to align goals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
