Telesales Executive (1-2 Years)

Job Description

Outbound Calls: Conduct cold calls to prospective customers, introducing our products and services and identifying their needs.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and networking.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of individual customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.

Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the sales team and management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
