Job Title: Telesales Executive - Bajaj Hybrid Flexi Limit Plan (Overdraft)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to sell Bajaj Hybrid Flexi Limit Plan (Overdraft) to high-salary customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to explain the benefits of the overdraft and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to high-salary customers to sell Bajaj Hybrid Flexi Limit Plan (Overdraft)
- Explain the benefits of the overdraft, including flexibility, convenience, and cost-effectiveness
- Clearly communicate the rate of interest, repayment terms, and other features of the overdraft
- Address customer queries and concerns, and provide solutions to meet their financial needs
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and pipeline activity
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or high-salary customers
- Knowledge of the Indian financial services market and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in multiple languages (Hindi, English, and other regional languages)
