Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads and meetings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
Sales Pitch: Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs and objections.
Lead Qualification: Identify qualified leads and pass them on to the sales team for further follow-up.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system and good in excel data management.
Create inspection reports and follow up
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to remain competitive in the market.
Digital marketing : updating digital handles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a related field.
Excellent English verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
