Roles and Responsibilities
Role description:
1) Assisting Sales Manager and Field Officer to collate the Sales Data from Field BDM
2) Encouraging BDM to Achieve their Monthly Target
3) Responsible for collecting Sales Data from BDM and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
4) Drafting the Mails to Field Business Development Manager for their monthly Productivity / Performance , taking reasons of non- disbursement cases
5) Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
6) Ensure all Business Development Manager should give sales report timely basis. Cross verify the BDM leads
7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices, briefing Business Development Managers Do`s and Don`t via training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment / Role entails working only in Day shift
2) Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
3) Good convincing power and able to give guidance to Business Development Managers
4) Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
5) Minimum 0 to 1 year experience
