Position Overview
The Telesales Representative plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales objectives of an organization by effectively reaching out to potential customers via phone, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation

5. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
