Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and manage inbound inquiries.
Present and promote company products and services persuasively to drive conversions.
Build and maintain a strong rapport with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent spoken English with strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.
Confident, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
