My Tirth India is a pilgrimage and Darshan site based in India giving pilgrims and tourists a one-stop portal to travel around India’s top religious destinations.
Knowledge And Skills:
• Ability to meet required scheduling deadlines and maintains necessary work flow.
• Good knowledge of tour packages.
• Thorough knowledge of aircraft log books, maintenance records, applicable maintenance.
• High degree of knowledge in computer operation and keypunch skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Ability to read, written, understands, and communicate the English language and follow verbal and written instruction.
• Ability to negotiate with clients on tour packages and payment mode.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in Office Management (minimum 2 years as a supervisor of staff)
• Extensive Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel knowledge
• Values and practices a team player attitude.
• Strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude
• Budget management experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal .
• Ability to multi-task and organize competing priorities in an efficient manner .
• Must take initiative and demonstrate exceptional judgement when making” decisions and problem solving .
• Ability to work after-hours and overtime to help oversee office moves and events, office emergencies .
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
Must be a minimum Graduate• Minimum of 2-10 years Travel Operations and telecalling experience•
