As a Telesales Representative specializing in agriculture pesticide and fertilizer products, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling to potential customers. You will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product information and recommendations, and closing sales to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and distributors, to introduce and promote agriculture pesticide and fertilizer products.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's pesticide and fertilizer product range, including their features, benefits, and application methods, to effectively communicate product information to customers.
Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and offer customized solutions that address specific agricultural requirements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns, and offering ongoing support and guidance.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by actively pursuing sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and effectively closing deals.
