We are looking out for experienced and self driven telesales executive to join our sales team for shramIN, a dedicated job site for blue & grey collar workforce needed in micro and small enterprises. It is a technology-based networking platform, built on three pillars - candidates, employers and training partners. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for handling outgoing calls to employers and placement agencies; resolving their issues promptly and thoroughly.
Job Responsibilities of Executive - Telesales
The role will include reaching out to placement agencies and small medium enterprises(SME) to present our service offerings.
Job is target based, where you have to onboard placement agencies and small medium enterprises (SME).
Collect data about various placement agencies and employers to meet further targets.
Ability To learn about our job portal Inside out So that you have thorough knowledge to guide and help the employers in rectifying their issue.
Your job will also involve taking feedback from employers and placement agencies.
Guide and help companies to post their job requirements on ShramIN jobs portal.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with employers through open and interactive communication.
Desired Candidate Profile -Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years job experience in customer support. Prior experience in the same field will be an advantage.
Graduate in any stream.
Proficient in Hindi & English and interpersonal Skills.
Good working knowledge Of Excel/Word.
Ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
