Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

1. Coordinate front desk activities

2. Distributing correspondence

3. Noting important details of each conversation.

4. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

5. Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.

6. Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.

7. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

8. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

9. Resolving queries and issues related to the services.

10. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

11. Good time management abilities.

12. Taking and processing service in a professional manner.
