Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance plans telephonically.

Pitching best-suited insurance plans to the costumers

Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.

Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through the sales approach and properly follow-ups Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.

Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction

Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.

Skills Required:

Should be able to understand & speak English

Should have strong convincing power.
