So we select our candidates as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas

of Business Management , Marketing, Human Resource, Finance and Operations over a period of 4-6-8 months

as per the following certified Advantage Training Program (ATP):

Selected candidates will be trained on an accredited global training into various functions of management to give

them an overall understanding of running a strategic business unit.

This position starts with a Business Associate who is sequentially trained to be a Corporate Trainer, then a

Corporate Team Leader, then an ABH and finally a BH.

Business Associate => Corporate Trainer => Corporate Team Leader =>
