Sourcing accurate customer contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Trade

India, India mart, Google search of the decision maker.

Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered in a

specific format

Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.

Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times

Meet projected weekly and monthly marketing goals

Work with team members on the call floor to meet tele calling /marketing performance

goals

Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business

Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy.
