Job Brief
We are searching for an engaged Telemarketing Executive to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the Telemarketing Executive will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
Responsibilities
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification 10+2 or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar.
• Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
• Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
• Superb verbal communication.
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
Salary
₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month.
Hours
Typical Working Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Occasional evening and weekend working will be necessary.
