KEY ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE JD
1. The candidate serves sellers by helping them to set up an online Shop on Our platform over the phone to Inform Our Client policies, charges, documents required and guiding and helping them technically to set up the shop on Our Client
2. Helps to set up Our Client shop or accounts, obtains leads through various sources like by internet surfing or by cold calling in different markets or locality, and establishes new Our Client accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sellers.
3. Focuses to scale up sellers GMS (gross merchandise sale) through sales efforts from the executive's end by studying existing and potential Our Client Sellers.
4. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call / Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
5. Resolves sellers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
6. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and Sellers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Language proficiency: Native or professional language knowledge (both written and spoken languages for French, German, English, If not native min C1 exam, not older than 4yrs)
Sales, account management experience (Min 1 year inside sales experience ideal) or experience working in Customer service at least one year.
Ability to understand complex concepts and to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
Able to walk new sellers through tips on how to optimize their shops and be successful on Our Client efficiently.
Computer literacy (comfortable with using or learning new tools . Mac OS)
