Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits or advantages of their services, and obtaining payment information if necessary.

Job Description:

Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.

Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.

Answer potential clients’ questions.

Generate between 5 leads per day.

Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.

Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.

Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.

Required skills.

Good communication

Degree in any stream

Positive attitude, Quick learner, Easily Adaptable, Sales skill, Marketing skills Etc.
