The Telesales & Service Associate is responsible for helping the customer understand the product and its features and achieving targets for upgradation by ensuring regular service follow ups. This role can influence one of the largest revenue channels in the organisation.

Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai. Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Timing : AM to PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Working

-Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

-Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

-Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages

-Providing the right customer experience

-Striving to achieve set targets

-Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity,

-Ability to acquire knowledge from trainings

-Basic Computer knowledge

12th Grade Pass or Fresh Graduate. Could also be with minimum 1 year experience in Sales or Customer engagement. Prior work experience in telesales would be an added advantage.
