Position:- Telesales Executives

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team at our office location. The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in telesales from industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs. Additionally, they need to have good Communication Skills, are Self-driven, and come with a strong Sales achievement focus!!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling Subcription based- Services.
Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like BFSI, Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively.
Build and maintain Subscription positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing and promotions.
Facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.
Preferred candidate profile:
3-6 years of direct telesales experience, Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech,Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
Proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
The ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages (English & Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
