Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to understand their IT hiring needs and introducing them to our recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our IT hiring solutions.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on hiring requirements.
Engage with HR and hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs.
Maintain and update the database of potential clients and track communication history.
Schedule a meeting with the prospective client and the manager to convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to improve services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Good understanding of IT hiring trends (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
